Not really sure where to start! To say I'm happy is an understatement! I have just completed one of Gerhard's 30 day fat loss challenges. The food was far easier than I thought it would be and even with the food allergies I have it was easy to adapt and work around with lots of guidance along the way. Exercising has been great fun and never feels like a chore which I never thought I'd say! It's been 16 years since I had my children and for 16 years I've been holding onto a pair of jeans in the hope that one day I'd get them on again- THANK YOU Gerhard - I just did!

The plan was very well laid out and easy to follow I bought the exercise plan alongside this which again was very easy to follow with clear instructions.

I also have been having PT sessions, this is the first time I have ever had a personal trainer and I have got to say Gerhard is very easy to get along with even when he is pushing you to your limit! I have already since a big difference in my body shape and feeling much fitter and can do things I never thought I could do. Thank you

I was struggling with a long term shoulder injury / problem, which has often limited what I have been able to do because of pain. Gerhard set me particular gym exercises, involving some weights and some core stability work, specifically to help work through my shoulder problem. I was nervous at first because I thought it might make it worse, but the exercises were the right ones, and I developed more and more confidence as I went along, and I am delighted to say that I now have no problems with my shoulder, and it does not limit what I can do.

I was resistant at first to enlisting the help of a trainer, being quite independent, and also a little shy. I found Gerhard sensitive to what sort of pace and attitude suited me, and felt very supported by his encouraging approach, without being 'too much'

After heart surgery to address a long standing heart condition over two years ago, I decided I wanted to take better care of my health and fitness.  I used to spend protracted periods of time in the gym, going to classes and ambling around the cardio equipment to ‘work off’ the calories I’d taken on board the previous day. I didn’t enjoy the process, and whilst I maintained my level of fitness, over years I still saw no material change in my appearance or well being.
 
Following Gerhard’s Body Transformation Programme, I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels within a fortnight! Thanks to the nutrition advice I was given I no longer saw the process in terms of a restrictive diet, but rather than eating right not less!  Due to the friendly guidance on technique received during the PT sessions, I dwelt far less on how vigorous the sessions were, and more on how to carry out the exercises more efficiently.  Every workout is different and the results have been faster and better without having to spend my life in the gym. Within 6 weeks I lost a stone and by the end of the programme I had dropped two full dress sizes
