Questions you might have for me

Is the programme suitable for male and females?

Yes Yes 100%

Can I workout from Home?

The Programmes are designed to be done in the gym. This is the best way to get maximum results. Home workouts and or classes will not challenge you near enough to the intensity you should be training at to gain valuable lean mass and strength. No Zumba or Body Pump Here!

How many days a week do I need to train?

Ideally 3 Times a week in the gym. You will be asked various questions in your initial questionnaire depending on the programme you plan to join. The workouts in that Programme will be suited to your needs, requirements and availability.

Will the training programme be Personalised to Me?

The BRONZE Programme will be a Set Blueprint designed to Drop Body Fat and give you an amazing start in the gym especially if you are new or just starting out in the Gym. You will be given the options to Progress and or regress if needed. We would recommend the Bronze Programme to people with roughly under 1 year of gym experience (Weight Training NOT Zumba)

With the SILVER Programme you will get a more Tailored Programme based on your Goals. This is suitable for clients with a bit more experience in the gym and want to take their training experience to a new level.

Will I get a Meal Plan?

After completing your questionnaire I will calculate your calorie requirements and or (Macros if needed). We DO NOT DIET so you will receive 85+ Food Recipes to choose from which makes this a very Flexible Approach. It is more sustainable and we create better lifestyles by doing this. Who wants to eat boring chicken and broccoli for the next 15 to 20 years. Not Me!

What If I have never trained in a gym?

We all have to start somewhere! That’s absolutely fine because the BRONZE Programme will be great for you to find your feet and the structured layout will be very easy to follow and sustain.

Am I tied into a period (Monthly) for a set time?

The BRONZE, SILVER Options are both for a period of 6 months, paying monthly. However if you need to cancel for any reason you can you do so given that you have not started the next month.

What if I start and then realise it’s not for me?

Well if you do decide to cancel within 30 Days then I will refund all your money. After that you can cancel at any time.

What if I have any questions or need help?

You will be added to the VIP Fitnessgb FB Group so you are never alone, however if you need more of a personalised programme with that extra support perhaps look at the SILVER OPTION.
